Howdy!
The fifth paragraph of this article stated "The first exhibition of artist postage stamps occurred in 1974 in Canada." Which led me to this website. And then this article. And then finally, Tui Tui.
I'm obviously going to have to learn a lot more about stamp art and artists' stamps.
